Drawing inspiration from the “Bible of Sicilian cooking” by Giuseppe Coria, Profumi di Sicilia (the fragrances of Sicily),the restaurant is located in the characteristic historic centre of Caltagirone and has quickly become a reference point for lovers of the fragrances and tastes of the island.
